The service

DecorateMyRoom.ai creates AI-generated design previews from photos you upload. Previews are illustrations, not exact representations. Real products, colors, sizes and results will differ.

Renter-friendly suggestions are not advice

We aim to suggest only removable, no-damage changes, but we do not know your lease. Check your lease and your landlord's rules, follow product instructions, and test adhesives in a hidden spot. You are responsible for any changes you make to your home.

Your content

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not upload photos of people. You keep your rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. You may use your generated images for personal and social media purposes.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Starter packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. If a redesign fails, it is not charged against your balance. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are handled by our payment provider.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive or misleading use, no attempts to bypass limits, and no automated scraping.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
