Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your redesigns. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the email you paid with, within 14 days of the charge. Tell us what went wrong; a sample image helps us fix it for everyone.

Starter packs (one-time)

Within 14 days of purchase we refund the pack in full if you haven't used any of its HD credits, and otherwise refund the unused credits pro rata. When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Monthly plan

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full if you used 10 HD redesigns or fewer. Monthly renewals are not refunded, except as required by law.

Yearly plan

Within 14 days of your first yearly payment, or of a yearly renewal, we refund it in full if you used 10 HD redesigns or fewer in that period. We email you a reminder before each yearly renewal. After 14 days, you can cancel to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the paid year ends.

Failed redesigns and technical problems

Failed redesigns are never charged against your balance. If a problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement credits.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the credits or subscription access it bought end at that time.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually resolve issues faster. If a payment is disputed, the credits or subscription access bought with it are suspended while the dispute is open.

Cancel your subscription

Go to Manage / cancel subscription, enter the email you paid with, and use the secure link we send you.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
